The Wave is a 55-minute somatic practice designed to help you ground, release, reconnect and move forward with clarity.

A space to step out of automatic patterns, reconnect with yourself and access the energy, creativity and resources you need for what lies ahead.

You can practice alone, with a partner, family or team. In groups, the Wave can also support communication, connection and team evolution.
